Business Management Course:
As the industry's finest Finance and Insurance training program, we help you build the strongest possible sales and customer service team.
 
The Business Management Course is a five-day course designed to give the F&I professional all the tools to satisfy dealership needs, customer needs and his or her personal goals and aspirations. A variety of topics are included in the course including but not limited to:

  • Menu Selling
  • Laws & Regulations
  • Objection Handling
  • Videotaped Role-Playing

    Courses are taught by trainers who are in the field everyday and understand the issues dealers face. (Meet the Trainers) Our trainers have had many years of experience in the automotive industry including working in dealerships in roles such as sales representative, business manager, F&I Manager and general manager.
