The addition of this seasoned, stable block of business diversifies Protective's product mix, while providing strategic opportunities in the bank distribution channel and competitive positioning in new markets — the bank-owned and corporate-owned life insurance — with an opportunity to serve over 300,000 new customers.
Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston Reinsurance Transaction
This transaction grew Protective's distribution network and allowed us to expand our retail business to serve over 500,000 new customers.
