How do I submit a life insurance policy to Protective?
To submit businesses, you’ll need to conduct a meeting with your client to complete the application and submit it online or on paper. If required, Protective will schedule a telephone interview with your client and deliver policy options after interviews and any required medical exams are completed. Use the Pending Dashboard to receive updates and communicate with us.
How do I file a claim on behalf of my client?
To report a life or annuity claim on behalf of your client, you may submit a claim online or call our Claims Service Center at 1-800-424-1592. The Claims Service Center is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, and Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST.
