Corporate governance

Codes of Business Conduct

Protective's Code of Business Conduct and Supplier Code of Business Conduct ensure that everyone who works for and with Protective adheres to our corporate values, the law and promotes the spirit of fairness and honesty. Suspected violations may be reported anonymously using the form below.

Code of Business Conduct

Protective Life Corporation has adopted a Code of Business Conduct that applies to all of our directors, officers and employees, including our principal executive officer, our principal financial officer and all of our accounting officers. Protective Life Corporation also requires annual acknowledgement of the Code of Business Conduct from all of these people.
