Protective Life's Code of Business Conduct and Supplier Code of Business Conduct ensure that everyone who works for and with Protective adheres to our corporate values, the law, and promotes the spirit of fairness and honesty.
Code of Business Conduct
Protective Life Corporation has adopted a Code of Business Conduct that applies to all of our directors, officers and employees, including our principal executive officer, our principal financial officer and all of our accounting officers. Protective Life Corporation also requires annual acknowledgment of the Code of Business Conduct from all of these people.
Supplier Code of Business Conduct
Protective Life has adopted a Supplier Code of Business Conduct to set forth the requirements and expectations for all suppliers.
Suspected violations may be reported anonymously using the Code of Business Conduct report form (you may communicate using the form anonymously).
